Kimball joins Norris McLaughlin as associate in Business Law Practice Group

Andrew Kimball has joined Norris McLaughlin P.A., as an associate in the firm’s Business Law Practice Group. He will work out of its Bridgewater office.

Kimball represents sponsors, borrowers, lenders, search funds and buyers in connection with debt financing transactions and regularly advises clients on acquisition financings, loan commitments and other secured and unsecured lending transactions. He works to draft, review and negotiate credit and loan agreements, guarantee agreements, purchase agreements and corporate governing documents.

Kimball also assists clients with entity selection and formation and general corporate matters and has experience managing due diligence as well as structuring transactions.

Norris McLaughlin Chair David Roberts welcomed him.

“Andrew will provide valuable and strategic support for clients navigating the complexities of acquisitions and various nuances involved in lending transactions, and we are pleased to welcome him to the firm,” he said.

Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, Kimball was a private equity and debt finance associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in New York City.
