Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday that is has leased the entirety of 936-938/940-944 S. Elmora Ave. in Elizabeth — an 18,200-square-foot industrial building — to Evolussion Tire Co.
Evolussion Tire Co. will utilize the space for its wholesale/retail tire business.
The property is located near the New Jersey Turnpike and is minutes from Route 1-9, the Goethals Bridge, Newark Liberty International Airport and Port Newark/Elizabeth. The property features 4,138-square-foot offices, 12- to 16-foot ceilings, two drive-in doors and 14 surface parking spaces.
BRC President Steve Bussel and Vice President Jeffrey Goldfinger represented the owner, 936 S. Elmora Avenue LLC, in the transaction. The tenant was represented in-house.
