Colliers adds 18-year CRE veteran to N.J. industrial practice group as vice president

Colliers on Tuesday announced it hired Mark Hay as a vice president in its Parsippany office, as the firm continues to expand its footprint across the state.

With more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience, including a background in property management and brokerage services, Hay focuses on tenant representation, agency and investment sales services for clients. Hay’s background also includes six years of experience in construction management.

In his new role, Hay will work alongside Noah Balanoff, vice chair, and Jacquelyn Severino, associate vice president, to help facilitate transactions of warehouse and distribution facilities.

Hay has represented leading organizations such as J.G. Petrucci Co., Summit Supply, Coupa Software, Advance Local Media and Mavis Tire and Auto Distribution, as well as prominent national and regional banks.

“Mark has a proven track record of success and we’re thrilled to welcome him to the Colliers team,” Dennis Waggner, executive managing director at Colliers, said. “His excellent leadership qualities, tenacity and industry experience will be invaluable to the team as we continue expanding our footprint across New Jersey.”

Prior to joining Colliers, Hay worked at KW Commercial and served on its leadership council and is also a member of NAIOP.
