Archer partner elected secretary of Bergen County Bar Association

Archer & Greiner Partner Nicole Gerritsen McDonough was elected and sworn in as the secretary of the Bergen County Bar Association at its Annual Meeting & Beefsteak Dinner at the Hilton in Hasbrouck Heights on March 30.

McDonough previously served as a trustee of the BCBA, and has sat on the CLE Committee, Diversity Committee, Membership Committee and is a past president of BCBA’s Young Lawyers Division.

In her diverse litigation practice, McDonough handles commercial, real estate, intellectual property, family law and estate and trust matters. She represents companies and businesses in a broad range of industries, and individuals in all stages of the litigation process in state, federal, appellate and bankruptcy courts in New Jersey and New York.

McDonough is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and New Jersey Women Lawyers Association. She is also a county coordinator of the New Jersey State Bar Foundation’s Vincent J. Apruzzese High School Mock Trial Competition for Bergen County.
