Lawn Buddies, a Central Jersey-based lawn service, has leased 3,500 square feet at 3544 Route 22 in Somerville, Bussel Realty Corp. announced Monday.
The location is a freestanding building located directly off Route 22 and near such retailers as Dunkin’, Stowaway Self Storage, Pelican Shops, Conoco, Benjamin Moore, U-Haul and Mangia Bella Pizza.
Chandler Vanderbeek, vice president, and Connor Vanderbeek, vice president, of BRC Retail Services, represented the tenant, Lawn Buddies, and the landlord in the transaction.
Lawn Buddies provides professional lawn care services to clients in central New Jersey and will open its newest retail site in Somerville to service clients in Hunterdon and Somerset County.
