Westfield-based design/build firm Redcom names Teicher CEO

Westfield-based Redcom, a top multifaceted design-build engineering, architecture and contracting company, announced Tuesday that Ryan Teicher will be its new CEO.

In this role, Teicher will drive the company’s strategic direction and growth, working closely with Redcom’s leadership team to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs while expanding the firm’s existing strengths. He also will oversee the daily operations of the business and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Teicher will report to Greg Redington, the second-generation owner and president. Redington applauded the hire.

“Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Redcom with his strong background in construction, real estate and engineering management,” he said.

Redcom, founded four decades ago, remains a leader in the state in industrial and automotive design and construction.

Teicher said he is eager to take on the role.

“I am excited about the prospect of helping Redcom look to the future as we continue to uphold our commitment to designing and constructing architecturally distinguished commercial, life science, educational and industrial buildings,” he said.

The company also announced that it is also expanding its account team with the addition of Joe Lane as account executive.
