Newark’s economic development corporation said in a news release that Good will provide strategic guidance on all of its real estate initiatives, including the Land Bank, and manage the real estate team.
Good is an urbanist and real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in community and economic development in the city and its region.
“We are thrilled to welcome Greg Good as our new chief real estate officer,” Marcus Randolph, CEO and president of Invest Newark, said in a prepared statement. “With over a decade of experience in community and economic development in Newark, Greg’s expertise and strategic guidance will be a valuable asset to our team. We are excited to have him onboard, and look forward to the positive impact he will have on our organization.”

“I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to be a part of the Invest Newark team,” he said in a statement. “We have an unparalleled opportunity here to transform our city. I look forward to helping Invest Newark expand its Land Bank, increase opportunities for inclusive and affordable homeownership and bring to market new residential developments in our neighborhoods.”
