Prager Metis, the New York-based accounting and advisory firm with a major presence in New Jersey, has hired Ulises Ruiz as its newest principal, it announced recently.
Ruiz will lead the firm’s International Tax Services as principal-in-charge. He will be based in New York City.
“We are thrilled to welcome Ulises Ruiz to the Prager Metis team,” Lori Roth, co-managing partner of the New York office, said in a prepared statement. “His extensive experience and track record of success makes him an ideal addition to our firm.”
Ruiz has more than 25 years of professional experience and a deep understanding of accounting principles and international tax laws, the firm said.
