Burlington business has been sold, will be repurposed

A Burlington building that serves as the home of a printing business has been sold and will be repurposed, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.

Bartlett Printing, located at 4495 Route 130, has been sold as an asset and retirement sale to a private buyer, the Cherry Hill-based firm said in a news release.

Ken Richardson, vice president, and John Doss, sales associate, led the team handling the transaction for Vantage, working closely with the seller and buyer.

“Ken and John are awesome. They took their time and explained the process. They responded to my questions without delay and made sure I was kept informed,” Bartlett Printing owner Adrienne Mitchell said in a prepared statement.

The new owners of the property and business intend to repurpose the building, given its desirable location and frontage on Route 130, Vantage said.

“The acquisition of the property is exciting for us, and we have plans to repurpose the building,” the owners said in a statement. “We are currently exploring different options and evaluating what will be the best fit for the community and the area.”
