Additionally, he handles all types of litigation, including transition. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and received his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law.
Meanwhile, Lightman has over 20 years of experience representing New Jersey community associations, including document interpretation, rules and regulations and provides advice on municipal services and contract and collection matters. David Ramsey, chair of Becker’s New Jersey Community Association Practice, said: “Jonathan and Loren’s deep knowledge of New Jersey-based community association law and litigation experience will be of great value to our community association clients and add further depth to the practice’s bench. We are excited to grow in New Jersey and open a new office in Mount Laurel to better serve our clients in Southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia area.”
