Marcus & Millichap helps trade QuickChek in Woodbridge for $11M

Marcus & Millichap on Monday announced it brokered the sale of a QuickChek in Woodbridge Township for $11 million.

“We were able to secure a very high sale price and consummate this transaction during a time of high interest rates and uncertainty during a banking crisis,” Justin Natalizio, investment specialist at Marcus & Millichap, said. Natalizio, along with Eric Anton, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Anton and Natalizio. John Horowitz, first vice president and division manager in the Manhattan office, assisted the New Jersey team in closing this transaction.

The 4,543-square-foot, net-leased property is located at 989 U.S. 1 and offers excellent frontage within a strong retail corridor with surrounding national tenants including the Home Depot, Walgreens, Burger King, the UPS Store, McDonald’s, Chase Bank, Denny’s, 7-Eleven, Dunkin’ Donuts, Dollar Tree, Advance Auto Parts and many more.
