WCRE appointed exclusive marketing agent by Virtua for 110-acre site in Westhampton

Virtua Memorial Hospital Burlington County appointed Wolf Commercial Real Estate as the exclusive marketing agent for an approximately 110-acre landsite located at 1919 Burlington-Mount Holly Road, Westampton, according to a Wednesday announcement from the Cherry Hill-based broker.

Sitting along Burlington-Mount Holly Road (County Route 541) less than one mile from Exit 5 of the New Jersey Turnpike and two miles from Exits 47A/B of Interstate 295 provides access to the entire region, including Philadelphia, New York City, Baltimore and Washington, D.C.

Westampton is part of Burlington County, which is the largest county in New Jersey by area. The site lies within the “OR-1” (Office Research-1) and “C” (Commercial) zones. Current zoning allows for office and laboratory research buildings, retail, restaurants, banks, offices, car washes, child care centers and more.

“This development site presents a unique opportunity for companies seeking to expand or relocate their operations in a strategic location,” said WCRE’s Evan Zweben, who is handling the assignment for Virtua. “We are excited to be working with Virtua Health to bring this premier site to market and to help connect businesses with the ideal location for their needs.”
