Bergen County’s new 295-unit Rosera Wesmont in Wood-Ridge to welcome tenants in early 2024

Construction is well underway at Rosera Wesmont, a new luxury-apartment community located at 300 Wesmont Drive, Wood-Ridge, according to a Monday announcement from developer JCMLiving.

The 295-unit Class A+ property in the heart of Bergen County is slated to welcome residents by early 2024. Centrally located within the greater Wesmont Transit Station Redevelopment District, and adjacent to the borough’s Rosie-the-Riveter Plaza, on completion, Rosera Wesmont will offer a mix of open-concept studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts plus 35,000 square feet of amenity space and ground-floor retail space fronting Wesmont Drive at the corner of Passaic Avenue.

The luxury apartment-home community also is a short walk to New Jersey Transit’s Wesmont Station, offering 22-minute Bergen County Line rail service to New York Penn Station.

“Rosera Wesmont raises the bar for suburban living at Wesmont Station and marks the extraordinary evolution of this pivotal Wood-Ridge neighborhood from a pre-war-era industrial zone to a beautiful residential neighborhood with easy commutability,” Aaron Polinsky of JCMLiving said. “We are excited about this final and most luxurious residential phase of Wesmont Station, which will culminate in a development in which the entire community can take pride.”

Rosera Wesmont offers residents in-unit designer elements and fixtures, smart technology, oversized windows and private balconies. Its unique community features will include a multilevel hotel-style lobby; 13,000-square-foot pool, sundeck and courtyard with outdoor games; fitness and sport simulator centers; and a 480-space parking garage with direct access from every level of the building.

The community also includes next-generation Class A individual and coworking spaces, as well as multiple conference and meeting rooms. Each incorporates refined touches for those telecommuting to remote or hybrid jobs in Manhattan or nearby employment centers.

The Rosera Wesmont project team includes an impressive roster of firms, including Minno & Wasko Architects, Childs Dreyfus Interior Design and general contractor Ingerman Construction.
