NAI James E. Hanson helps ink 2 office leases totaling over 13K sq. ft. in Mahwah

NAI James E. Hanson on Tuesday said it negotiated office leases for 10,170 square feet with Wimas Sales and 3,200 square feet with Lime Line Operations at 575 Corporate Drive in Mahwah.

NAI Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning, comprised of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, represented the landlords, Zohar Zisapel Properties Inc. & Radbit Computers, in the transactions.

575 Corporate Drive is a two-story, 144,570-square-foot mixed-use space consisting of offices, a warehouse and storage space. The building features over 400 parking spaces and its location ensures easy access to Route 17, US 202, Interstates 87 and 287 as well as New Jersey Transit rail service, which is available from the nearby Mahwah station, and the Short Line Bus stop offering service to the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

As the exclusive brokerage firm for the property, Team Lizzack-Horning implemented a strategic, data-driven marketing strategy to attract prospective tenants to the property. Winimas Sales and Lime Line Operations both took interest in the property’s proximity to the surrounding highways and will use their space to operate an auto parts distribution business and full-service mobile health care, medical staffing and ambulance service, respectively.

“575 Corporate Drive is a dynamic multipurpose space in a desirable location,” Lizzack said. “As location consistently remains one of, if not the most important element in the current real estate market, properties like this will continue to draw attention and put landlords in an advantageous position to capitalize on this demand.”
