CBRE on Wednesday said it inked a 27,500-square-foot lease transaction for Generichem to relocate to Morris County.
The CBRE team of Marc Trevisan and Tom Mallaney acted on behalf of the principals of Generichem for its new corporate office/distribution facility located at 425 Main Road in the Towaco section of Montville.
Generichem has been serving the pharmaceutical and nutritional industries with quality ingredients since 1976. It represents producers of pharmaceutical products, nutritional products and excipients worldwide, exceeding the highest international standards.
Once engaged, the CBRE team began searching for a new office/distribution facility in the spring of 2022, scouring the market, which has a vacancy rate of 3% for the new location. 425 Main Road satisfied many of the factors that the company was seeking and it ultimately signed a long-term lease at the facility.
“We are pleased to accommodate the principals of Generichem in their search for a new office/warehouse facility in a very challenging industrial availability market,” Mallaney, first vice president, said. “425 Main Road will allow the company to continue their growth over many years.”
The ownership, Schuster Baumer LLC, built and maintains this facility.
