JLL has announced continued leasing momentum at 160 Summit Ave., a 32,000-square-foot office building situated at the heart of a growing medical hub in Montvale.
Rubinstein Plastic Surgery Center, a cosmetic surgery practice, medical spa and aesthetic training site led by Dr. Ran Rubinstein, signed a long-term lease for 3,400 square feet to house a second location for the Newburg, New York-based company.
The transaction follows recent leases with Refuah Health Center, a multispecialty medical group, and Empowered Pelvic Health, which both signed long-term deals at the property.
One of the top facial plastic surgeons in the region and board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Rubinstein has been in private and academic practice for over 20 years. An assistant professor at the prestigious Columbia – New York Presbyterian Hospital for over 15 years, where he has participated in training future surgeons, Rubinstein has been recognized by his peers as one of the leading trainers for aesthetic laser and injectable procedures and is one of the most sought-after physician trainers in the Northeast.
160 Summit Ave. is a two-story office building owned by locally based Montvale Real Estate Ventures. The property is undergoing an extensive renovation, which includes a series of upgrades to common areas and restrooms, ADA accessibility, new front entrance, landscaping and high visibility signage.
