Summit-based Saxum Real Estate recently announced it elevated Brandon Alviano to senior development manager.
Since joining Saxum in 2019, Alviano has been a key contributor to Saxum’s success and national portfolio expansion, given the notable pipeline growth totaling over 6 million square feet in current development.
Alviano has applied his versatility and extensive knowledge in estimating, land-use, design, development and construction across multiple stages of the life cycle of Saxum’s portfolio of diverse assets ranging from industrial, multifamily and mixed use. His impact as a leader has been integral to the culture and growth of Saxum’s development and construction vertical, which has grown to over 12 teammates executing across 14 unique projects.
Alviano started his career as planner with the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission, a state regional land use and planning agency. He was part of professional team that regulated and promoted commercial, industrial and residential development in northern New Jersey. He transitioned into the construction management industry as a project manager. He led all aspects of construction from project inception to completion and worked with all professionals across the spectrum of property development, including stakeholders, consultants, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
“Brandon’s team-first attitude and work ethic, coupled with his multifaceted development and construction skill set, has elevated his game to a high level to fuel Saxum’s notable growth trajectory,” Kieran Flanagan, a Saxum principal, stated. “His leadership and emotional intelligence managing multiple diverse firm relationships allows Saxum to continue to thrive as we navigate an ever-challenging market. We are extremely grateful for his important and meaningful contributions and look forward to continued success.”
