Bressler, Amery & Ross’ Manning sworn in as secretary of N.J. State Bar Association

Florham Park-based Bressler, Amery & Ross P.C. announced that firm Managing Principal Diana Manning was installed as secretary of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

The NJSBA is the state’s largest professional organization of judges, lawyers and legal professionals. Manning was sworn in on May 18 during the NJSBA’s 2023 Annual Convention in Atlantic City.

Manning is the first female managing principal at Bressler, Amery & Ross, where she leads the Appellate and Business and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Manning is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, is a trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Foundation, a vice chair of the Civil Trial Bar Section and a former trustee of the NJSBA. She is also a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court-appointed Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct, a past chair of the association’s Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee and a past chair of the District XA Ethics Committee.

In addition, Manning is president of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association and past president of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey and Morris County Bar Association and served on the board of trustees for the Morris County Bar Foundation, CASA of Morris and Sussex Counties Inc. and Literacy Volunteers of America-Bergen County.
