An office and warehouse structure in Howell has been sold for $2.9 million, in a deal brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty Executive Vice President Jonathan Glick and Assistant Vice President Matthew Leonelli.
Previously utilized by a commercial electrical contractor as well as an accounting firm, the property located at 400 Okerson Road is now the base of operations for a contractor.
Situated on a 2.75-acre lot, the 10,300-square-foot facility features a fenced-in area for secure parking of building equipment.
“Lots of business owners are looking for a single property that provides industrial space and storage, plus existing offices,” Leonell said. “They’re difficult to come by, particularly located right in Monmouth County, which provides quick access to the entire region. So, for all these reasons, this Howell location is quite special.”
Located on Howell’s border with Freehold, the warehouse and office is just a short drive from Routes 33, 18 and 9. In addition, it’s just seven miles from the Garden State Parkway, and 70 minutes from Philadelphia. Manhattan is only 90 minutes away.
