Lindabury’s Dupuis appointed to arbitration association’s Roster of Arbitrators

The Hon. Katherine Dupuis, an attorney with Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper P.C., based in Westfield, was named to the American Arbitration Association’s Roster of Arbitrators.

The American Arbitration Association is dedicated to fair, effective, efficient and economical methods of dispute resolution through education, technology and solutions-oriented service. After receiving a certificate of completion for training on Arbitration Fundamentals and Best Practices for New AAA Arbitrators, Dupuis joined the global leader in conflict management.

Dupuis concentrates her practice at Lindabury on mediation and arbitration, with a focus on commercial disputes, probate mediation and divorce mediation. Previously, she served as presiding judge of the Chancery, Probate and Family divisions of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County. She has extensive experience serving in the Civil, Family and Criminal divisions of the Union County Courts.

Additionally, Dupuis currently serves as a member of the Richard Hughes Inn of Court, the Union County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar and the Family, Alternate Dispute Resolution and LGBT sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is a frequent presenter at the New Jersey Judicial College, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Union County Bar Association and the Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Dupuis is a recipient of the William McCloud Award and a 2022-23 honoree of the Best Lawyers in America, family law mediation.
