Bussel Realty Corp. on Tuesday said it leased the entirety of 25-35 Hillside Avenue in Hillside, a 14,060-square-foot industrial building.
Steve Bussel, president, and Jeffrey Goldfinger, vice president, of BRC represented the landlord, Hillside Properties LLC, in the transaction. The tenant, Don Jon Marine Company, was represented in-house.
The asset is located in close proximity to Routes 22 and 1-9, Interstate-78, Port Newark/Elizabeth and Newark Liberty Airport. It features two tailboards for loading, 3,500-square-foot offices, 16-foot ceilings, 20-car parking.
