Anthony Mazzucca, a commercial real estate legend with 42 years of CRE experience across all aspects of the industry, has joined Colliers‘ Woodbridge office as a vice president to support the firm’s continued growth across the state.
Mazzucca has managed multimillion-dollar transactions, including the recent sale of two shopping centers valued at over $13 million and the sale of a 250,000-square-foot shopping center for $26 million. He is also currently working towards completing approvals for two affordable housing properties in New Jersey.
In his new role, Mazzucca will concentrate on multifamily, retail and land sales.
“Anthony has led a legendary career, with his experience spanning across a remarkable number of sectors. Not many can say they’re an expert on as many topics as Anthony is,” Dennis Waggner, executive managing director at Colliers, said.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mazzucca served as CEO and managing director of both Newfoundland Realty in New Jersey and Blackpoint Realty LLC in Florida. He worked with the companies for over 40 years to develop, lease, transact and manage shopping centers anchored by national tenants, acting as a site consultant to several major supermarket companies. He’s also served as president of the Blackpoint Group, where he led the development of over $300 million of apartments and retail centers in New Jersey, New York and Florida, working directly on the design and construction of every project.
