Bluewave Technology Group, a leading technology advisory firm based in Parsippany, on Tuesday said it acquired Total Telecom Solutions, a prominent technology agency based in New York. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This marks Bluewave’s second acquisition this year, further bolstering the company’s expansion plans.
As part of the acquisition, Total Telecom’s employees will join Bluewave, ensuring the continuation of strategic information technology advisory services and outstanding support for an expanded client base.

With a strong regional presence established since 2006, the team led by CEO Steven Lemma and Vice President Kenneth Klein has successfully positioned Total Telecom as a trusted telecom agency for medium-sized businesses.

Working closely with Steve, we realized that Total Telecom would greatly contribute to Bluewave’s goal of expanding our presence in the Northeast and serving our clients with a high-touch approach,” Seth Penland, founder and CEO of Bluewave, said. “Additionally, this acquisition brings us a significant client base, further solidifying our commitment to the region. We look forward to working with our expanded client base and wrapping them with Bluewave resources to ensure they consistently make technology decisions with profound business impact.”
Steven Lemma, CEO of Total Telecom Solutions, commented on the exciting development: “Total Telecom Solutions has built a strong regional business and is thrilled to ride the Bluewave. This partnership generates tremendous momentum for our company and opens new avenues for our clients to explore exciting technologies that will move the needle for saving and revenue.”
