When Grove Floral Studios signed a lease to take 680 square feet at the Centrum Shoppes, it not only had a new location — it took the last remaining space available at the recently renovated center on the border of Cherry Hill and Haddonfield.
Vantage Commercial brokered the deal.
The Centrum Shoppes, located at 219-221 Haddonfield-Berlin Road in Cherry Hill, is a landmark shopping center, boasting exceptional visibility at a signalized intersection on a highly frequented road.
The shopping center, which has access to Philadelphia via Interstate 295 and Route 561, is home to several reputable cotenants, including Arnie’s Butcher & Gourmet Shop, Youngs Nail Salon, Jay Asian Bistro, Yi’s Karate, Haddonfield Fitness, A Beautiful Touch Bridal, Silky Skin Studios and TD Bank.
