JAG-ONE Physical Therapy on Monday announced the opening of its new Toms River West location.
Located at 1251 Route 37 W., Suite 120, the facility will be led by Clinical Director Kim Cullen. Cullen obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, Master of Physical Therapy degree and Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Stockton University. With over 18 years of experience as a clinical and regional director, Cullen is a certified lymphedema therapist and a specialist for Parkinson’s patients with LSVT BIG therapy.
Cullen enjoys working with a wide range of populations, including Parkinson’s, head, neck and breast cancer, and orthopedic/post-op injuries.

The new JAG-ONE location will offer Ocean County residents general and specialized physical therapy treatment, ensuring inclusive care for people of diverse ages, backgrounds and orthopedic health conditions.
The Toms River West location will offer vestibular therapy, neurological & orthopedic assessments & treatments, physical & occupational therapy and women’s health services. In addition, specialized services such as certified lymphedema therapy and certified LSVT BIG therapy will be provided.
