Zimmel Associates on Tuesday announced it represented a surgical company in the acquisition of a medical office building located at 146 Route 17 in Hackensack for $3.7 million.
Leveraging his expertise and industry connections, Jaime Zimmel, vice president of Zimmel Associates, facilitated the successful acquisition of this property and represented the buyer for his client. The fact that this building was already built to suit the buyer’s needs made it an ideal location.
The four-story, modern office building boasts a generous 15,300 square feet of space, features an on-site surgical center with patient rooms and a back office, 48 surface parking spaces and frontage on Route 17.
