Board-certified orthopedic surgeon Dr. Brian Cole announced he recently joined the staff at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. There, Cole will continue to treat spinal conditions that require surgery, including herniated disc, spinal stenosis, lumbar spine arthritis, spondylolisthesis and sciatica. Valley Hospital is Cole’s third hospital affiliation. He is currently on staff at Hudson Regional Hospital in northern New Jersey and Englewood Hospital and Medical Center.
“As a longtime resident of New Jersey, I am pleased to provide my patients the ability to choose from three exceptional hospitals for their minimally invasive scheduled surgeries and conservative care,” Cole said. “The Valley Hospital is the perfect location, as it’s a fully accredited acute-care hospital that proudly serves 32 towns in Bergen County and adjoining communities.”
Cole built his reputation over the past 25 years as being one of the best spine surgeons in the tri-state region. With more than 10,000 successful orthopedic spine procedures, he continues to utilize advanced imagery, robotic technology and minimally invasive surgery, all of which help to perfect the outcomes of surgery and minimize recovery time.
Cole is currently seeing patients at his original Englewood location (300 Grand Ave., Englewood) as well at his secondary satellite Paramus office (37 W. Century Road, Paramus).
Cole currently serves as the associate director of the Spine Surgery Service at Englewood Health and is the vice president of C2 Medical Robotics Inc., where he spearheads the development of minimally invasive endoscopic robotic tools to transform medicine.
