The first building has been delivered at Walnut Hill in Clark, with resident move-ins underway, according to a Thursday announcement from Garden Communities, which developed the multifamily community.
Located just off the Garden State Parkway at 35 Walnut Ave., adjacent to Rahway River Park, Walnut Hill features 177 luxury rental apartments, along with a full complement of indoor/outdoor amenities.
The spacious one- and two-bedroom floor plans range from 942 to 1,964 square feet with many apartments offering park views, and all have a private balcony or patio, gourmet kitchens, oversized closets, 9-foot-high ceilings and in-suite washers and dryers. Select two-bedroom floorplans feature a fireplace.
Walnut Hill’s clubhouse, with an entertainment lounge, game room, fitness center and outdoor swimming pool, will foster an active lifestyle in the pet-friendly community. Renters also benefit from covered parking, while electric vehicle charging stations support eco-friendly transportation.
The community’s first building has quickly reached the 50% leased mark. Monthly rents start from $2,800 for a one-bedroom and $3,200 for a two-bedroom apartment. The community’s on-site leasing office is open daily, with tours available by appointment.
