NAI Mertz on Thursday said it recently completed 157,823 square feet in industrial distribution leases for Armstrong Logistics, with one lease for 70,887 square feet at 801 Bridgeboro Road in Edgewater and the other for 86,936 square feet located at 250 Carter Drive in Edison.
Armstrong Logistics is focused on providing premier professional services and solutions for the logistics industry, whereby it supports its clients’ requirements by delivering cost-effective, reliable and high-quality solutions of strategic value. After securing two new clients, Armstrong needed space very quickly in order to service the demand.
“I was pleased to locate suitable spaces for Armstrong to support their expansion. We were fortunate to identify and lease two locations in very tight time frames,” Scott Mertz, president of NAI Mertz, noted.
NAI Mertz also recently handled placing Armstrong in its Burlington headquarters comprising more than 300,000 square feet.
