The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. announced it leased 58,100 square feet at 2500 Brunswick Ave. in Linden — a 208,000-square-foot, seven-building industrial complex — to Ben Tire LLC.
Jordan Metz, senior vice president, and Ben Abbate, sales associate, of the Metz Industrial Group at Bussel Realty Corp., represented the landlord. Rich Marchisio of Lee & Associates represented Ben Tire.
2500 Brunswick Ave. is located at the confluence of Exit 13 of the New Jersey Turnpike and the entrance to the Goethals Bridge to Staten Island, New York.
The industrial complex is comprised of seven properties ranging from 25,000 square feet to 50,000 square feet, with ceiling heights ranging from 12-foot to 26-foot clear, ample loading, wet and ESFR sprinkler systems, and ample trailer parking.
The industrial complex is near Newark Liberty International Airport, Port Newark/Elizabeth and offers immediate access to New York City metro markets.
