T&M Associates on Tuesday said it welcomed Mark Vizzini to the T&M team as regional practice leader for the site development practice in the Northeast region.
Vizzini will be responsible for providing team vision and leadership, developing a growth strategy, championing technical expertise and standards, client engagement and pursuing new regional opportunities.
With over 27 years of experience in design, project management and client relations throughout the Northeast region, Vizzini has directed projects across diverse asset classes in both the private and public sectors, including mixed-use, multifamily residential, industrial/warehousing, urban redevelopment, rooftop amenity spaces and parks and open space. His expertise covers a broad spectrum of services, including project programming and community engagement, site analysis, site design and master planning, permitting and construction administration.
Prior to his arrival at T&M, Vizzini was the associate director of land development at Dresdner Robin. While there, he managed the growth and development of the site/civil engineering and landscape architecture practices, QA/QC, and provided expert witness testimony to support projects or public presentations. In addition, Vizzini led the firm’s business development initiatives.
