She rejoins Cushman & Wakefield after four years at CBRE, where she was responsible for driving business initiatives, strategic planning, recruiting and overall broker business development in the office leasing, capital markets and debt and structure finance sectors.
“We are thrilled to welcome Kim back to Cushman & Wakefield,” Bob Donnelly, executive vice chair, said. “Her extensive expertise and deep relationships within various sectors will further strengthen our ability to provide unparalleled results to our clients.”
Prior to her time at CBRE, Brennan served as chief operating officer in the tri-state region for Colliers International for three years and spent 10 years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she served as the market leader for the firm’s New Jersey region.
“Cushman & Wakefield’s success is rooted in the exceptional talents of our professionals, and we are committed to attracting and retaining the top talent in the industry,” Peter Bronsnick, managing principal of New Jersey, said. “Our deep bench of brokerage professionals allows us to provide our clients with best-in-class services and positions our firm to capitalize on growth opportunities and expand our market share.”
