Queens-based Alti Construction adds site in Hackensack

NAI James E. Hanson helped secure purchase of 2,600 sq. ft. site at 24 Frederick St.

Queens-based Alti Construction was looking for a place in northern New Jersey, where it feels it could better serve its customers.

NAI James E. Hanson associate Jessica Curry helped them find a place to go.

On Thursday, NAI Hanson announced that Alti had purchased a 2,600-square-foot industrial building with 18-foot clear ceiling height and one drive-in door at 24 Frederick St. in Hackensack.

The building is located within minutes of major roadways including Routes 4, 17 and 46 and Interstates 80 and 95. Curry said the buyer took an immediate interest in the property’s accessibility to those local roads as well as its unique freestanding nature within Hackensack.

“Businesses are consistently looking for ways to streamline their process and improve their profitability,” Curry said. “Expanding to an additional location with tremendous accessibility like 14 Frederick St. can dramatically decrease logistics costs and increase a company’s bottom line.

“We’re proud to have provided the real estate services needed to secure value for our client for their retirement and help a business establish a base in New Jersey to better serve their clients in this area.”

Officials from Alti Construction were not immediately available for comment.
