The amenity package for Summit Court, a 393-unit, luxury multifamily community in Union, was pretty impressive.

Then, there was the location — less than a mile from Kean University in an area where Union, Morris and Essex counties converge.
For those reasons, Diversified Properties was confident the property would lease up. It has happened. The community is more than 90% leased.

The community also has walkability to the Union New Jersey Transit station with direct access to Midtown Manhattan. Its location also affords easy access to the Garden State Parkway, Interstate 78 and Route 22 as well as Newark Liberty International Airport.
