Bianco, Heintjes and Hwang join Bertone Piccini

Hasbrouck Heights-based Bertone Piccini announced Wednesday that three attorneys have joined the firm, including Anthony Bianco, who will join as a partner.

David Heintjes and Daniel Hwang will serve as attorneys to support the firm’s growing roster of businesses, individuals, nonprofit organizations, publicly traded corporations and commercial real estate clients.

Bertone Piccini, which opened in 2011, has grown into practice areas including business transactions (including mergers & acquisitions), commercial real estate (including land use and redevelopment), litigation, personal injury, labor and employment, estate planning, estate administration and more.

Bianco received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School and has a proven track record of success in New Jersey state and federal courts practicing commercial litigation, personal injury and real estate law.  During his career, Bianco has achieved seven-figure results against Fortune 500 companies on complex litigated matters. Prior to starting his own law firm, Bianco served as an associate at McElroy Deutsch, where he practiced defense litigation specializing in commercial litigation, general professional malpractices, insurance coverage and commercial contract disputes.

Heintjes, joining the firm as of counsel, earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and has over 20 years of experience practicing labor and employment law. Throughout his career, he has represented employers, public entities, independent authorities and boards of education. Heintjes owned his own firm for over a decade prior to working as a partner for Weiner Law Group.

Hwang received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law and has extensive experience practicing commercial real estate law. He specializes in real estate purchases and sales, commercial real estate sales, leasing, bankruptcy and real estate financing for clients in northern New Jersey and New York City.
