J.G. Petrucci Co. Inc. recently announced the 100,000-square-foot lease renewal with Federal Express at 21 Thomas J. Rhodes Industrial Drive in Hamilton.
FedEx has been a tenant of the last-mile distribution facility for the past 15 years.

Situated in the heart of Hamilton, the building is conveniently located near major highways, including the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 295, allowing for easy access to the greater Philadelphia and New York City markets.
