Newmark Associates successfully relocates law firm within Mahwah with new lease

Newmark Associates CRE on Friday announced its Bergen County expert and Senior Associate Mary Swatek successfully facilitated a lease transaction for the law firm Vigorito, Barker, Porter & Patterson LLP.

Swatek played a pivotal role in assisting VBPNP in its relocation from 1 International Blvd. in Mahwah to a new office space at 1200 MacArthur Blvd., also in Mahwah. Her expertise in Bergen County real estate played a crucial role in quickly identifying the ideal property that met VBPNP’s specific needs. She analyzed the market, evaluated various properties and conducted thorough due diligence to ensure a seamless transition. Swatek’s deep understanding of the local real estate landscape, coupled with her strong industry relationships, allowed her to negotiate favorable terms and secure an advantageous lease agreement for her client in record time.

VBPNP is a litigation firm representing clients in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Founded in 2015, VBPNP has been one of the fastest-growing law firms in the tri-state area.

Commenting on the successful lease transaction, Swatek said: “It was a pleasure working with VBPNP throughout this relocation process. Understanding their unique requirements and objectives enabled us to identify the perfect space for their operations. By leveraging our market expertise and strategic approach, we were able to negotiate a lease agreement that not only aligned with their vision but also provided long-term value.”
