Fennelly Associates helps clergy wear showroom and warehouse relocate to Ewing from Hamilton

Fennelly Associates on Tuesday said it helped negotiate an 8,500-square-foot retail/warehousing lease in Ewing.

Fennelly Associates President Jerry Fennelly and corporate real estate specialist Patrick Dintrone represented the landlord and longtime client, Hofing Management, in the transaction with the tenant, Divinity Clergy Wear, which was represented by McCann Commercial Realty.

Divinity Clergy Wear offers selections of clergy suits, clergy robes, preacher robes and more clerical wear. The company was previously based in Hamilton and will be relocating its showroom and warehouse to Ewing.

Located at 20 Arctic Parkway, just one mile from Route 1, the property is a freestanding retail building with three overhead doors.

Featuring proximity to Routes 1, 129 and 206, the property is also across the street from convenient shopping options including Home Depot, Payless Shoes, GameStop, T-Mobile and others.

In addition to its work on 20 Arctic Parkway, over the past 12 months, Fennelly Associates has worked with Hofing Management on multiple marketing and leasing campaigns and has achieved 100% occupancy and totaled over 30,000 square feet in retail leasing across its portfolio.

“Properties that boast both a retail and warehousing component can be ideal for tenants hoping to maximize efficiency and easily get their products to customers,” Fennelly said. “We’re happy to once again provide real estate services to Hofing Management and wish Divinity Clergy Wear the best of luck in their new space.”
