A new First Watch restaurant coming to Brick Commons in Brick Township, according to a Monday announcement from Katz & Associates.
The transaction is Katz’s 50th First Watch transaction facilitated by the firm.
The new 3,846-square-foot restaurant is slated to open in 2024. The site, located at Route 70 and Chambers Bridge Road, is part of the Brick Commons 278,145-square-foot strip center anchored by ShopRite, Kohl’s and Marshalls.
Katz & Associates’ Amy Staats and Hugh Scullin represented First Watch in the lease.
