RIPCO Real Estate on Monday announced the signing of new deals while serving as the exclusive broker for Seacourt Pavilion in Toms River.
Located at 635 Bay Ave. and Hooper Avenue, the 248,677-square-foot shopping center is home to a variety of retailers, including anchors Marshall’s, HomeGoods and Ashley Homestore.
Steven Winters and Mike Horne of RIPCO will serve as the exclusive brokers and the duo recently completed three new leases:
- Haven Salon Studios, luxurious salon suites that provide independent beauty professionals to own their business within a larger commercial space, signed a 9,000-square-foot lease;
- Learning Express, a specialty children’s toy, game and book retailer, signed a 2,500-square-foot lease;
- Spirit Halloween, an American seasonal retailer that supplies Halloween décor, costumes and accessories, signed a 28,000-square-foot temporary lease.
“Located across the street from Ocean County’s only regional mall, the center is positioned in the heart of the Toms River trade area, providing high visibility to our tenants,” Winters, an executive vice president at RIPCO, said. “As this area continues to be developed with the addition of new luxury residences, a Veterans Administration outpatient clinic and the redevelopment of the Ocean County Mall, we are confident current and future tenants will be able to maintain and grow their businesses within the regional community.”
