FirstService Residential started providing full-service property management services to North Beach Condominiums in Asbury Park.
“We’re thrilled to welcome North Beach to the family,” Michael Mendillo, president, FirstService Residential, said. “Our team’s depth of resources and commitment to the communities we manage will ensure a successful partnership for years to come.”
North Beach is a Mediterranean-styled, high-rise community of 157 one- and two-bedroom apartments and duplex-style condominiums in three connected buildings located at 1501 Ocean Ave. in the Northeast section of Asbury Park. Located across from the Asbury Park beachfront, North Beach offers the finest in Shore living. The buildings’ amenities include an onsite pool and sundeck overlooking the ocean, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resident lounge, a landscaped courtyard, a staffed concierge desk and a resident parking garage.
“Before selecting FirstService Residential, our association was underserved by our current arrangement. We needed to reposition our management approach to stay on top of issues and plan better for preventive maintenance and improvements. We wanted to ensure North Beach is viewed as a premier location to live, and that we remain so compared to other properties. Better management and improving conditions will help create a reputation for quality, exceptional service and amenities that the others won’t be able to provide,” the board of North Beach said in an email to residents. “FirstService Residential is a top-notch residential management company with a national portfolio of clients and vast experience managing high-rise buildings and other properties at beachfront locations like North Beach.”
“We are thrilled that the North Beach board selected to partner with FirstService Residential. In just a few weeks, we’ve already provided the board with resources and support to help mitigate issues with a large structural project,” Arthur Bartikofsky, senior vice president, high-rise, FirstService Residential, said. “We’re pleased to guide the board through this process.”
