Savers inks 25K sq. ft. lease at Plaza at Cherry Hill; brings center to 82% occupancy

Savers signed a 25,000-square-foot lease to open in the Plaza at Cherry Hill, according to a recent announcement from Urban Edge Properties, the real estate investment trust that owns the shopping center.

Located at 2100 Route 38, the national chain offering secondhand goods will occupy an end-cap space in the 416,871-square-foot power center, which also houses Aldi, LA Fitness and Raymour & Flannigan, among others.

“With Savers opening this year and the brand-new Total Wine store fully operational, the Plaza at Cherry Hill is experiencing a terrific revitalization,” Justin Lustig, Urban Edge’s vice president of leasing, said. “Savers brings a great concept and new use to the property that complements our other tenants and will draw shoppers from an even wider radius.”

Rob Cooper and Shane Hart of Metro Commercial Real Estate and Spence Mehl of RCS Real Estate Advisors represented Urban Edge, while Metro Commercial’s Stephen Carrozza worked on behalf of Savers.
