Fairfield-based Smolin, Lupin & Co. recently made changes to its leadership team, according to a recent announcement on the firm’s LinkedIn page.
Managing Member Ted Dudek has stepped down after 20 years in his role and the firm underwent some changes to its management structure.
Paul Fried will now serve as CEO and Sal Bursese will take on the role of chief operating officer.
The firm thanked Dudek for his years of unwavering leadership and dedication to Smolin.
“Ted’s involvement in both the daily operations and the strategic vision of the firm has been key to Smolin’s success,” Fried stated.
Bursese added, “Ted has served as a well-respected mentor to the partners and the staff.”
“Paul and Sal’s experience within Smolin and in public accounting have provided them with solid foundations that will allow them to excel in their new roles,” Dudek said.
