Fennelly Associates has been named by Howco Management as the exclusive brokerage firm for 480 Lalor Street in Trenton. Fennelly’s selection is the continuation of a two-year relationship between the firm and Howco Management.
Fennelly Associates’ President, Jerry Fennelly and Corporate Real Estate Specialist, Matthew Fennelly, will handle marketing and lease-up for the property.
