The Wyldes luxury apartments opens leasing in Harrison, a rising residential hot spot

 More than 100 residences pre-leased

The Wyldes in Harrison opened this week to the public and is already welcoming its first residents to the collection of 399 new luxury apartments.

With more than 100 already preleased, the robust pre-opening velocity is shedding light to the discernible shift in the rental landscape where residents are looking to escape the mounting pressures of soaring rental costs. No where is that more evident than at The Wyldes in Harrison, according to developer Dan Cocoziello, principal and COO of Advance Realty Investors.

“We are thrilled to witness the incredible demand and enthusiasm for The Wyldes,” Cocoziello, said. “The arrival of The Wyldes marks a significant milestone, drawing in new residents and enriching the neighborhood with an expanded selection of residential choices and open spaces.”

The Marketing Directors, the exclusive marketing and leasing agent for The Wyldes, has launched the property’s leasing program from an on-site leasing office at 1100 South 5th Street where prospective residents can experience a private journey through the property’s furnished model homes and almost 70,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities.

A collection of well-appointed studio, one- and two-bedroom homes is priced from the mid-$2,000s and is being offered with grand opening incentives that include up to two months free rent.

“Pre-leasing more than 100 residences at The Wyldes prior to opening without the benefit of touring prospects through finished spaces sends a powerful message to the marketplace that Harrison, and in particular the Riverbend District, has emerged from the shadows of Jersey City and firmly captured the attention of today’s renter,” Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors said. “The same can be said of the brokerage community which more and more is bringing clients to Harrison, something we didn’t see in years past.”

With select loft homes offering 13-foot ceiling heights and homes with oversized windows maximizing natural light, and with many providing balconies or expansive terraces, the spacious apartments at The Wyldes will allow residents to spread out and enjoy their surroundings while fully embracing the benefits of indoor-outdoor living.

Modern finishes and appointments include luxury plank flooring, in-home washer/dryers, integrated millwork home office nooks with floating shelving in most homes, along with kitchens offering stainless steel appliances, designer cabinetry and quartz countertops.

The Wyldes also offers an impressive 45,000 square feet of green space designed to blend urban living with nature. The Sky Deck, a landscaped rooftop boasting views of downtown Manhattan and the Newark skyline, features a bar with TVs, multiple firepits, sun loungers, and barbecues with inviting outdoor dining areas.

Indoors, The Wyldes caters to every resident’s needs with a robust suite of amenities that allow for relaxation, socialization, exercise, and remote work. Two lobbies greet residents with double-height lounges and a coffee station, while the commercial-grade demonstration kitchen fosters culinary creativity. For entertainment, the virtual gaming/karaoke room with a mini bar and the Pool Hall billiards room with a media lounge and kitchenette offer endless fun.

Additional conveniences and services include on-site covered parking with electric vehicle charging stations, a Pet Spa, resident and bicycle storage, and on-demand home essential lending library by TULU.
