Larken Associates inks three leases to bring Amwell Commons in Hillsborough to 100% occupancy

Larken Associates on Thursday said it negotiated three new leases combining for 4,116 square feet to bring Amwell Commons, located at 390 Amwell Road in Hillsborough to full occupancy.

Susan Livingstone-Martinetti, Commercial Leasing Agent at Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, represented Larken Associates in the transactions.

The new leases include a 2,562-square-foot lease with The Eye Specialists, an expanding ophthalmology practice; a 1,376-square-foot lease with The Salty Moon Spa, a wellness center whose mission is to help the community by beautifying the mind, body and soul to create long-term improvement in their client’s overall health; and a 178-square-foot lease with Renew Beauty Spa, a salon dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best.

Situated in the heart of a bustling business and expanding residential community, Amwell Commons is a highly visible, five-building, 42,162-square-foot professional office complex in Hillsborough Amwell Commons offers built to suit office and medical spaces for lease with private entrances, bathrooms and kitchenettes custom designed to fit the unique needs of each tenant. In addition, Amwell Commons is nine miles north of downtown Princeton, seven miles south of Somerville Circle and is within walking distance of shopping, dining, banking and entertainment options. The complex is also near area hospitals including Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Somerset Medical Center.
