Trinity Solar of Wall and San Francisco-based TSG Consumer Partners said Tuesday that TSG has made an investment in Trinity Solar. Trinity Solar management will remain in their current roles and continue to lead the company through its next phase of growth.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1994, Trinity Solar is a premier provider of cost-effective, low-maintenance solar, home battery and electric vehicle charging solutions for families in the U.S. Today, Trinity Solar employs over 2,700 professionals dedicated to simplifying the solar journey and has brought solar power to nearly 100,000 homes, helping customers save money on their energy consumption across 10 states, including New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.
