JLL Capital Markets said Monday that Elizabeth DeVesty has been promoted to director with New Jersey’s multihousing investment sales team, in the firm’s Morristown office.
Working alongside Senior Manging Directors Jose Cruz, Michael Oliver and Steve Simonelli, DeVesty will primarily focus on multihousing investment sales transactions within the suburban tristate area.
“Liz’s ability to communicate with clients and to not only understand their investment goals, but also provide effective options is a very valuable trait in today’s market,” Cruz said.
Prior to accepting this new role, DeVesty spent over 13 years with JLL and was most recently an associate at the firm. Throughout her time at JLL, DeVesty has supported $18.9 billion in multihousing transactions.
