Larken Associates adds veteran employee to commercial leasing team

Larken Associates said Tuesday that Susan Livingstone-Martinetti has joined Raider Realty, Larken Associates’ in-house commercial brokerage division, as a commercial leasing agent.

Throughout her 23-year career at Larken Associates, the Branchburg-based firm said, Livingstone-Martinetti has been an invaluable member of its residential leasing team. She has consistently demonstrated a proven ability to successfully lease up the firm’s multifamily communities, including Autumn Ridge, a 198-unit multifamily community in Lopatcong; Hillsborough Village Center, a one-of-a-kind 191-residence mixed-use community along Hillsborough’s highly sought-after Route 206 retail corridor; the Reserve at Crosswicks, a 272-unit luxury multifamily community in Bordentown; and the Ridge at Readington, a 254-unit, luxury multifamily community in Whitehouse Station.

In her new role, Livingstone will work closely with Raider Realty’s Executive Vice Presidents Rob Marek and Victor Kelly to oversee leasing across Larken’s nearly 4 million-square-foot commercial portfolio. Livingstone’s expertise will be invaluable in ensuring continued high occupancy at properties including Gateway Building, Larken Mini Office Warehouse, the Offices at Fairless Hills Towne Center, the Offices at Woods Tavern, Suite Life at Amwell Mall, Suite Life at Amwell Commons and Suite Life at Branchburg Commons.

“Susan’s track record speaks for itself; she’s an award-winning leasing agent with over 20 years’ experience operating in a highly competitive residential marketplace,” Marek said. “Given her ability to find significant success in such a tight market, I expect her to quickly become a vital part of our commercial leasing team.”

Livingstone-Martinetti added: “As somebody who enjoys taking on new challenges, I felt it was time for me to make the switch to commercial leasing and hone my skills in a new environment. Leadership at Larken Associates has been extremely supportive of my decision and has put me in a terrific position to hit the ground running. I look forward to working alongside the commercial leasing team as we help businesses find space that fits their needs and make a positive impact on local communities.”
