Cushman & Wakefield on Monday said it arranged a 67,663-square-foot lease for Advanced International Freight Inc. in Secaucus. The tenant will occupy the entire first unit.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Charles Fern, Thomas D. Tucci, Stephen Shoemaker, Torsten Thaler and Natalie Gorga represented the landlord, Sinai Associates Inc., in the transaction.
“We are thrilled to welcome Advanced International Freight Inc. to the property,” Tucci said. “The tenant will benefit from the property’s ideal location within close proximity to the Port of New York/New Jersey and the Secaucus Junction Commuter Rail.”
Located at 700 Penhorn Ave., the building is a Class A, 105,975-square-foot industrial property situated on five acres of land. It features 120 parking spaces, six loading docks, one drive-in door and 35-foot ceilings. The property consists of three units, with Custom Packaging Supply Inc. occupying the entire second unit and Boxzooka Fulfilment & Global Ecommerce occupying the entire third unit.
